So, I know I've posted a few posts about the stresses about being a parent. In fact, Jeff and I watched this movie the other day with a parenting quote that kind of sums up our feelings most days...
OK -- not most days -- but the quote is still kind of funny!
Today was just one of those "incredible" moments. I was able to help Cecelia's class go through all of their Field Day activities! Talk about cute! Kindergartners and Field Day -- need I say more? They had so much fun and I had a blast meeting all of Cecelia's friends, hearing about how all the girls' favorite color is pink, how much fun they have playing "princess puppies" and "ballerina puppies" (five year olds and their imaginations!) and just watching them have the time of their lives -- including getting soaked by the "water carnival station" (Cecelia's favorite!), eating Popsicles and just being five year olds! Cecelia's number one goal today was "I wanna get wet!"
Today I absolutely LOVED being a mom!
