So, over two years ago Jeff was in a bicycle accident. He took a corner too fast on his way to work and as a result separated his shoulder and got a nasty gash on his knee. Since then he hasn't been back on his bike... That is until Saturday! Someone in my moms group was giving away a bike trailer. Jeff responded to the email and snagged us a free trailer! So, I went out and purchased a bike for myself (I haven't had a bike since my Caliente Schwinn from when I was a teenager -- Jeff actually had the "boy version" when he was my age!) and this past week we hooked up the trailer and I took the two little ones for a ride! Then on Saturday we ALL went on a family bike ride. OK -- it was just around our small little neighborhood, but it was still a family event! And most importantly...Jeff got "back in the saddle again."
