Well, today was the day that little Colin went under the knife, so to speak. He had some minor urological surgery (outpatient) at the hospital today. My mom came to watch the two girls and Jeff and I left with Colin at 6:15 this morning. We were done by 11:15, but it felt much later than that. The surgery lasted about an hour, but Colin was really fussy when he woke up so they had to give him some more morphine. This caused him to sleep until 2ish. Since then he's been happy then fussy and then sleeps for an hour. The girls are at Grandma and Pop Pop's house having fun so we can tend to Colin -- but at this moment he is asleep on the family floor (on a blanket of course) - go figure! Here is a picture of Colin before surgery -- we couldn't help but take a picture -- the outfit they put him in was soooo cute!! -- keep in mind it's very blurry (it's a cell phone pic with no flash). If only our little man was as happy now as he was in this picture... Oh well -- tomorrow is another day!
