It's beginning to "feel" a lot like Christmas...

Today seemed to go by really fast for some reason. We didn't do too much, but I guess it's just one of those days. Cecelia helped me (a little) to make Christmas cookies for the neighbors and we actually gave them all away -- I guess that's a good thing so we don't eat all those "bad for you" cookies :) I put a picture of one type we did -- reindeer cookies -- cute, huh? OK, I must confess, I'm eating one as I type this...hehe We also made shortbread "cookie press" cookies and classic chocolate chip! Before naptime we managed to make it to look at some outdoor lights in town. Jeff snapped a shot of the three kids there...I was literally two steps away from Colin -- I was nervous that Cecelia would let go! She understands that she has to hold him, but is still unaware of what would happen if she let him go -- she can't quite get how fragile Colin is! Oh, to be a four years old again! That's what gets me about our children -- the innocence! Here I am as a parent worried about germs, violence, finances, etc. and kids have no idea. Now I'm understanding the whole mindset of Peter Pan :)

Hope everyone is enjoying this holiday season!!
