Well, Halloween has come and gone. It seemed to go by so fast as we had a whirlwind of a weekend! First was Cecelia's Halloween party at preschool on the 30th. She then had a soccer game on the morning of Halloween. We stopped and grabbed fast food for lunch, headed home and packed up the car for a night at Grandma and Pop Pop's. Jeff and I went to a wedding that night so the kids went Trick-or-Treating with my parents. It was funny, we packed up the car for just 24hrs and it felt like we were going for a week! By the time we got
all the kids necessities (stuffed animals, Colin's bathtub, the pack'n'play, bouncy seat, etc.) the car was filled to the brim. What the heck is Christmas going to be like when we try and go to Pennsylvania complete with gifts??!! Then we woke up Sunday morning (after adjusting to Daylight Savings Time!) and went to church w/my parents. It just so happened that Toys'r'us's Big Toy Magazine came in the paper that morning so Cecelia was occupied for at least the first half of Mass. We lasted 45 min -- almost a new record for us! Other than that it's been pretty low key this past week. Cecelia's last soccer game was yesterday and Jeff cleaned out the garage today (big happenings at the Meunier house -- whoa!). Here is a picture of the kids in their costumes -- and then one of Cecelia at soccer! Oh, she got the cutest trophy this year -- a bobblehead girl soccer player! Too funny!
