Hello! This weekend was jammed packed with activity. Friday started out really great -- and ended good too! Jeff and I were able to get out and celebrate a friend's birthday with a bunch of people we haven't seen in a long time! The only problem was I was too tired at the end of the night to enjoy myself fully and went right to bed after I got home -- I guess that comes with being a parent to two active young girls! Saturday Jeff went to a computer show (or a "geek fest" as I like to call it -- Jeff willingly agrees with that too haha) up past Baltimore. That lasted most of the day and by the time Jeff got home and we got the girls in bed we were both ready for bed ourselves! It was only 8:30pm and I was already in bed passed out! Sunday we felt rested enough to do a whole bunch of things -- church at 9am, breakfast with my parents afterwards, Nordstroms to get Cecelia some new shoes (I'll take a pic of them next time -- she loves that they flash when she walks!), and then fighting the crowds at Wegmans! Ugh! Then, once we got everyone home and Caroline down for a nap Jeff tackled the girls bathroom and got it ready for painting! The day ended nicely -- the weather was just perfect (sunny and 70 degrees) so we had a cookout with hamburgers, hotdogs, watermelon and all! The girls loved the watermelon and Caroline enjoyed her first hotdog. I attached a picture of Cecelia sitting by her windown in her rocking chair enjoying the nice afternoon. How cute!
